Timeline
Big achievements have small beginnings. I started my running career as a reluctant couch to 5k runner. Now I'm an ultrarunner, coach and guide. My timeline shows my progression, as a 'normal' runner, from sub-5 marathon to London championships qualifier, from road to trail runner, and from ultra-novice to regular top-10 placings. Growth takes time, determination and consistency. I believe anyone can make these gains with the right mindset and the right support.
