Coaching consultations
Some runners prefer the flexibility of seeking one-off input when they need it, or perhaps they aren't sure yet about committing to coaching. A coaching consultation might suit you if:

You have a specific topic you're seeking support with. For example, you'd like to improve your ultra distance nutrition, you keep getting injured and don't know why, or you feel your running has plateaued. If anyone promises to know all the answers immediately, they may be over-promising! But I do guarantee to give you lots to think about, and new avenues to explore.

You don't know what you don't know. Running, particularly long-distance, is a massive topic, and sometimes you know you're keen to progress, but you don't know where to start. I'll ask you to tell me about your running journey so far, your current goals, and your current training, and then we'll figure out together what new ideas might bring something fresh, fun and productive to your training.​

A 90 minute video call (£75)

A 3 hour in-person session (£140) (we can combine this with coaching on the move for a full day of insight into your running)

A 60 minute technique coaching session (£50) (suitable for those new to running seeking a supportive, friendly environment to develop safe, sustainable running form)
